SEPTA Wayne Junction

  • Mobilization phase; as subcontractor will perform CPM Scheduling, Construction Management, Furnish and Install Furnishings, Wood and Plastic, Heavy Timbers, Glu-Lam Construction, Rough Carpentry, Wood Decking, Platform Edge Strips, Temporary Construction.

SEPTA Temple Station

  • Remove and replace existing sidewalk
  • Installation of new ticket booth
  • Installation of 2 bike shelters and other site furnishings
  • All site landscaping
  • Installation of signage
  • Installation of estate fencing

SEPTA - New Payment Systems (subcontractor)

  • Installation of pedestrian control gates and fencing for all SEPA stations
  • 3 year ongoing project
  • Scheduled to begin in mid-2012

Commercial Building - 6,000 S.F. 


Site work, foundation, structural steel, primary structure on commercial construction project (6000 sq. foot building that now houses a school for autistic children) completed 2010.  DHC Construction performed role of construction manager and contractor.  Required careful and sensitive planning as students were attending school in adjacent existing building.
